What You’ll Do

In this role, you may be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to members to schedule preventive and chronic care appointments.
• Helping members arrange transportation and appointment reminders.
• Completing HEDIS outreach documentation.
• Contacting healthcare providers to request medical records.
• Assisting with HEDIS chart requests and medical record posting.
• Maintaining member records in the sPHERICAL database.
• Recording all member and provider outreach activities.
• Supporting HEDIS initiatives and completing other assigned duties.

Experience & Skills Required

To qualify, you’ll generally need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of call center experience.
• Health plan or medical group call center experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365. Excel experience is a plus.
• EZ-CAP knowledge is a plus but not required.
